I found mine at Spencers Gifts, you need to think outside the box, and being its halloween season you should have an easier time than me.

you could, but remember to look in unexpected places, like fabric stores, places that cater to gothic/emo type of fashion, and at this time of year even regular stores like forever 21 may have something nice you can use. I also collect broken jewelry because you never know when you'll need some accessory, which is what I used for the end of the hat. :D

yup, anywhere and everywhere. And remember you can easily disassemble a decoration to get the piece you want.
